We congratulate Chipotle Mexican Grill for their recent announcement that they are dumping genetically modified organisms (GMOs), as they move to source more natural ingredients for their restaurants. Chipotle has already had a major impact on farming practices and the way animals are raised. All of this is a boon for everyone, especially their customers and employees. Conscious leaders care about evolving because they understand that to justify doing damage of any kind drains aliveness and becomes the source responsible for future damage. Conscious Leaders admit when there is a problem and then take proactive steps to move forward.
