Conscious Leaders Care about Open


In some groups, people are closed down. They distrust each other. Their conversation is guarded as they fear being criticized or rejected. Not much happens.
 


On the other hand, conscious leaders love to open. They open up themselves and they open up the space for other people to open up. They encourage open communication and feedback. They openly express appreciation and respect. They have an open door policy for everyone. No one feels like they will be left out. In these groups, all kinds of good things happen. People in other functional areas will actually request to be invited because they feel the great energy being created.
