- Am I willing to let go of my small selfish desires to be able to play on a much larger stage?
- Am I willing to do what is right instead of what is merely convenient to please others?
- Am I willing to consider the needs of everyone instead of just my own wants that loom so large in my mind?
- Do I strive to be competent instead of just being an empty suit?
- Do I share the values of my organization?
- Do I contribute or am I just collecting a paycheck?
- What do I care about?
- What do the people I care about, care about?
- What am I?
