Deep v. Shallow

Until you stop breathing, there's more right with you than wrong with you.
~ Jon Kabat-Zinn
How many of us practice shallow breathing? The majority? It’s as if we were waiting for “the other shoe to drop.” As if something dreadful were about to happen.
To be effective on any level requires oxygenation of the blood stream. Breathe. Breathe deeply.

No need to look over your shoulder. Stay on the right side of right. Each day is an opportunity to create something great with your team (in tiny ways). Create a positive vision for the future. Inspire cooperation. Respect everyone you’re connected to.

Note: Shallow breathing may be correlated to shallow thinking. You are allowed to take a full deep marvelous breath.

How deep is your breathing? Can you let go of everything (all imaginary) that is preventing you from stepping forward with full energy?
