It’s easy to make the mistake of thinking that the purpose of business is only to make money. However, the fact is, it is a mistake. Yes, a business must make money to stay afloat but without a higher purpose it will be a hollow shell. There will not be much aliveness present in the business.
Conscious leaders lead with purpose because they understand that purpose drives the train. They know that businesses with a higher purpose become great vehicles for creating value for everyone. They see that purpose is a unifying force that brings people together.
